Do you take insurance?
We are currently in network for the following insurance:
We provide out of network benefits for most other commercial insurance. Before scheduling an appointment, you are encouraged to check with your insurance company to determine your available benefits for behavioral health services.
Are there advantages to self-pay instead of utilizing my insurance?
The simple answer is, yes. Paying for therapy out of pocket offers greater privacy. In order for your insurance company to pay for therapy sessions, we are required to provide them with information regarding your sessions including a diagnostic code. Length and number of sessions are also dictated by insurance companies when utilizing your benefits.
Self pay rates range from $80 - $100 per 50 minute session.

What are your office hours?
Regular office hours are Monday - Saturday and include a limited number of before and after school appointments. Carol is committed to limiting the number of clients seen within the week in order to create a more personalized experience for each client and to allow time to coordinate care with doctors, teachers and other professionals as needed.

Where are you located?
We are located in the Carmel Office Park off Keystone and 98th Street in northern Indianapolis. Due to construction, the entrance to 98th Street off Keystone is temporarily closed. You can access 98th street from Lakeshore Drive.
Please note that traffic on 96th street may be backed up due to construction so we encourage you to calculate the extra time in your commute.
